With a maximum flow rate of 800ml per minute and adjustable spray width, the TSGLI2004 allows the user to control paint delivery according to the size and shape of the workpiece. The generous 1000ml container reduces frequent refilling when working on medium-sized projects.
Two copper nozzles are included to suit different coating materials and finishing requirements. The 1.5mm nozzle is suitable for finer applications with properly prepared lower-viscosity coatings, while the larger 2.5mm nozzle provides improved flow for suitable thicker materials.
A viscosity-measuring cup helps the user check whether the coating is correctly prepared before spraying. The supplied cleaning needle also makes it easier to remove dried material and maintain consistent spray performance.

Battery, charger and carrying case are not included and must be purchased separately. A compatible TOTAL 20V battery and charger are required to operate the spray gun.
Paint and other coating materials must be mixed, filtered and thinned according to the coating manufacturer’s instructions. Materials that are too thick may produce an uneven spray pattern or block the nozzle.
Always test the spray pattern on a piece of scrap material before beginning the final application.
Cleaning and Maintenance
Clean the container, nozzle and all paint-contact components immediately after every use. Allowing coating material to dry inside the spray gun may cause blockages and affect spraying performance.
Use only a cleaning method and cleaning product that are compatible with the coating material and permitted by its manufacturer.
Remove the battery before filling the container, changing nozzles, clearing a blockage or cleaning the machine.
