The spray gun delivers a maximum flow rate of up to 800ml per minute and supports compatible coating materials with a maximum viscosity of 120 DIN-s. Its adjustable spray width allows the operator to control the coverage according to the size and shape of the workpiece, helping reduce overspray and improve application accuracy.
The large 1000ml graduated paint container reduces the need for frequent refilling during medium-sized projects. Two pure-copper nozzles measuring 1.5mm and 2.5mm are supplied for working with different compatible coating materials and achieving different finishing results.

Before Spraying
Prepare, mix and filter the coating according to the coating manufacturer’s instructions.
Use the supplied viscosity cup to confirm that the material is suitable for the spray gun. Material that is too thick may block the nozzle, reduce the spray flow or produce an uneven finish.
Test the selected nozzle, material flow and spray pattern on scrap material before spraying the final workpiece.
Cleaning and Maintenance
Clean the paint container, nozzle and all paint-contact components immediately after every use. Allowing coating material to dry inside the spray gun may cause blockages and affect future spraying performance.
Use only cleaning products that are compatible with the coating material and permitted by its manufacturer.
Remove the battery before filling the container, changing nozzles, clearing a blockage or cleaning the spray gun.
