How do I get a refund instead of a credit?

You can request a refund by going to My Account > Credit & Refunds


Refunds will be processed via the original payment method used for your original order(s). However, if you paid by EFT using PayFast, or you paid with Cash on Delivery (COD), you'll be asked to provide us with your preferred banking details.


Once your refund request has been processed, funds may take 3–5 business days to reflect in your account and are subject to your bank's processing times.



Why is my refund taking so long?

Refunds are usually processed within 3-5 working days, depending on your bank's processing time.
